Sales for Natura Collection take off

Posted on 10 Dec, 2015

The Natura Collection has made a stunning debut on the property market with its offering of city living amongst nature, selling out over 80% in the initial launch phase.

The swift sales run saw more than 30 homes quickly sold, with less than 10 now remaining.

Pradella Property Ventures’ Managing Director David Pradella, who has held the site for 20 years, said the Collection’s rapid sales was indicative of what was shaping as a busy 2016 at Canopy Bardon.

“In early February we’ll see the commencement of construction of The Natura Collection and then by April we’ll see the completion of the final stage of the apartments.”

Canopy Bardon is a master planned community perfectly placed amongst 1,500 hectares of natural bushland in the foothills of Mt Coot-tha.

In addition to its luxury freestanding townhomes, townhouses and apartments, the community features meticulously planned streetscapes and dedicated green space.

“The Natura Collection offers proximity to a range of reserves and parks and is surrounded by cycling and walking paths. It is positioned for easy access to Brisbane’s on-trend shopping and dining precincts Rosalie, Park Road and Paddington,” he said.
