Sell out success for all apartment stages

Posted on 10 Dec, 2015

Pradella Property Ventures has reached a significant chapter in the creation of its premium master planned community, Canopy Bardon, with all three apartment stages completely sold out.

The overwhelming sales success since has allowed the construction of the first two residential stages to be completed in early October.

Designed by Wiltshire Stevens Architects, the three apartment stages, Vine, Ivy and Fern, feature an exquisite collection of 82 one, two and three bedroom apartments across three low-rise buildings.

Pradella Property Ventures’ Managing Director David Pradella said the homes had proven extremely popular, catering for a range of homebuyers including downsizers, first homebuyers, young professionals and families.

“It’s easy to understand why Canopy Bardon has captured the hearts and minds of homebuyers and how it is redefining the new Australian neighbourhood.

“The community’s luxury homes and apartments set within a natural bushland, coupled with the pedigree of the Pradella Property brand, have resonated strongly with the market since its launch in July 2015.

“The sellout success represents a significant milestone in the development of Canopy Bardon and is a proud moment for us,” he said.

Nestled in Mt Coot-tha’s leafy foothills, Canopy Bardon is a very appealing prospect for homebuyers that have been looking to find something of an urban oasis, a retreat from the hustle and bustle.
